Visit the ODA Annual Meeting Registration Desk in the lobby of the Embassy Suites Conference Center on Friday, May 1 from 7:00am to 4:00pm or Saturday, May 2 from 7:00am to 2:00pm to register. Spots at ticketed sessions are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

EXHIBIT HALL:

The Exhibit Hall will be open Friday, May 1 from 9:00am to 2:00pm in the conference center Oklahoma Ballroom F-J. Find your Exhibit Hall BINGO card in your registration packet and visit the participating booths to collect stamps. When your card is completely full, turn it in to the ODA staff at the registration desk by 2:00pm on Friday to be entered to win prizes. Prize winners will be announced at the reception, and you must be present to win.

ODA RECEPTION:

The ODA Reception sponsored by Alliant will be held Friday, May 1 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm in the conference center lobby. Light appetizers will be served. Every registered attendee will have one drink ticket in their packet, good for one cocktail, beer, wine, or soda. Additional drinks may be purchased with a credit or debit card. Cash will not be accepted.

MEALS AND RESTAURANT OPTIONS:

Breakfast

Those who stay at the hotel are welcome to a complimentary breakfast in the hotel's North Park Grille on Friday, 6:30am - 9:30am and Saturday, 7:00am - 10:00am. There is also a ticketed Breakfast and Learn on Friday from 7:30am to 9:00am.

 

Lunch

Limited tickets are available for purchase for our Lunch and Learn courses on Friday, 12:00pm - 1:30pm and Saturday, 11:30am - 1:30pm. These tickets can be purchased at the Annual Meeting registration desk.

 

Dinner

The hotel restaurant, North Park Grille, serves dinner from 5:00pm to 11:00pm daily. There are also many dining options located near the conference center.

 

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:

All attendees will receive a CE credit letter in their registration bag, and CE letters will also be emailed to all attendees the week after the event. If you would like to receive AGD PACE continuing education credit for the sessions you attend, please make sure to sign the clipboard in that room, and ODA will submit it to AGD.

There is ample free parking on site at the Embassy Suites Norman Hotel and Conference Center.
